Anderson was arrested for DUI last month. This is his second arrest for driving under the influence since he was hired by the private school. He was arrested in December 2011 after he was involved in a DUI related accident, and left the scene of the accident.
However, that DUI arrest did not have an effect on his job at the school, and he retained his employment. However, the school authorities were not as willing to overlook his second DUI arrest, and have decided to make the decision to let him go once his contract is completed.
